Why we like it?
Ernesto Pérez raises the bar for generational replacements at the head of coffee farms. This young producer is a certified Q taster and also certified as Q processing level 2 - Professional. Using cutting-edge technology and the knowledge passed on by his father, and before that his grandfather, he produces exceptional coffees that respect the quality and simplicity of the bean.

Finca Fátima has an area of ​​20 hectares and produces around 100-200 bags of coffee annually. They mainly grow Typica, Geisha, Garnica and collaborate with six other local producers who process their cherries in facilities. But, in Ernesto's own words, his greatest aspiration is to continue growing organically, strengthening ties with business alliances that have the same ideals: conserving their land, forests, rivers and natural reserves. "We will continue researching new varietals, processes and, most importantly, we will continue working to launch community projects with great positive impact on coffee farms" - states Ernesto.
