This coffee is grown free of pesticides and is decaffeinated without chemicals, using a clean method that keeps all the characteristics of the bean intact. Mountain water decaf consists of the extraction of caffeine using the water of the highest volcano in Mexico, Citlaltépeti, commonly known as Orizaba Peak.
