Why we like it?
This is your coffee if you are looking for a bean that is far from the ordinary. The espresso has a medium body, has low acidity, is balanced with a long-lasting and delicate chocolate finish. It also combines perfectly with milk.
The town of Giraldo, known as a hidden gem in the Colombian coffee scene, is located northwest of The Coffee Quest Colombia office in Medellín. In it, small producers cultivate small farms of between 1 and 1.5 hectares with practices driven by quality in fertile soils and ideal geographical conditions of high altitude.
These coffee growers make up the " Coffee Exotic of Altura " cooperative , which owes its name to the high altitude where the coffee tree is grown and which also protects the interests of producers who promote sustainable practices in the specialty coffee industry.
