Why we like it?
This Nicaraguan coffee is grown free of pesticides and is decaffeinated using the most respectful method possible: 'Swiss Water'. Through a natural agent such as water (zero chemicals) and the osmosis process, up to 99% of the caffeine is extracted without damaging the grain.
It is an aromatic coffee with slight acidity, clean, silky, with a honeyed body and a long caramel aftertaste. Ideal to consume in the afternoons without fear that it will rob us of sleep, pregnant women or lovers of good coffee who take care of their blood pressure.
