Every season, our roaster Jordan Dabov and Doru taste new beans to improve the coffee we serve daily across our four Religion locations. They vary percentages in the blend, origins, or roast degrees so that the balance of flavors and aromas is perfect in your cup, both as espresso and with milk.

This time, the light acidity that balances the blend comes from Finca El Puente in Honduras, where Marysabel and Moisés have been recognized multiple times at the Cup of Excellence.

We encourage you to enjoy it at home too. In a couple of days, it'll once again be the go-to everyday coffee for waking up in a great mood.
