This blend developed by our roaster, Jordan Dabov, responds to the most demanding palates of those of us who run this small business. Every season, he and Doru cup new beans to improve the coffee we serve daily at both Religion locations. They vary percentages in the mixture, origins or degrees during roasting so that the balance of flavors and aromas is perfect in your cup (both in espresso and with milk).

We encourage you to also consume it at home. It will become a basic go-to to start the morning in a great mood.
